Greenleaf is a supporter of Open Source software.  The latest Open Source system adopted by Greenleaf is vTiger CRM (Customer Relationship Management).  vTiger is an Open Source spinoff of better known Sugar CRM and runs on Linux server storing information on a MySQL database so performance is assured, we run the new CRM system on our Greenleaf Cloud servers giving a robust service with high reliability and high availability while guaranteeing secure access.

vTiger integrates extremely well into our preferred CMS (Content Management System) so that, for example, customer enquiry forms can be inserted directly into the CRM database.  We are using vTiger for Customer details, contact reminders and invoice creation so you may notice a change in the format of your next invoice.  We will continue to investigate new vTiger extensions (eg Outlook synchronisation) and are developing our own in-house modules for tracking invoices.”
